Nail-free Glue

Product Introduction:

Strong nail-free glue has extremely strong adhesive force and can replace nails to the greatest extent. It does not need to drill holes on the surface to fix and bond wood, gypsum board, MDF, stone, cement, ceramic tile, metal, plastic, rubber and other materials.

Features:

1. Super strong initial viscosity and high bonding strength;

2. Good flexibility, not brittle, and will not affect the adhesion due to the shrinkage and movement of the building;

3. It has a wide range of uses and can bond most substrates, even wet wood;

4. It will not sink, can be caulked, and can be painted after drying;

5. Good weather resistance and waterproof function;

6. Non-toxic, odorless and pollution-free.

Instructions:

1. Clean the construction surface. Make sure there is no oil or dirt.

2. Cut the nozzle, put on the nozzle, and squeeze out with a sealing gun.

Dry bonding method (suitable for lighter materials and joints with light pressure)

Apply the glue evenly, and press the glued side to the joint with a distance of 40 cm between each row, then gently pull it apart and wait for the glue to evaporate for two minutes, then press the two sides tightly.

Wet bonding method (for heavier materials)

Apply the nail-free glue according to the above method, and then use clips, iron nails or screws to clamp or nail the two sides of the glue; wait for the glue to dry (about 24 hours) before removing the clip. The nail-free glue can still be moved within 20 minutes after bonding to adjust the bonding position. It will be more stable within 2-3 days after bonding, and the best effect will be achieved within 7 days. Precautions:

When the nail-free glue is not solidified, it can be removed with turpentine water, and the exposed residue can be removed by scraping or grinding after drying. This product can be used in conjunction with laying the floor; the adhesive force will be weakened at high temperature (avoid bonding to metals that have been exposed to sunlight for a long time).

Warn:

Avoid prolonged skin contact with this product. Must be used in a ventilated place. Keep away from heat or sources of ignition. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with unclean water. Allow remaining product to dry before disposing of it.
