Instructions

1. Processing

The bonding surface should be clean, dry and free of grease, oil and dust. Applying a primer to surfaces that are difficult to bond, such as PP/PU materials, can increase the bonding effect.

2. Construction

Rigid packaging: just cut open the mouth.

Flexible Packaging: Put the glue in the glue gun and cut off the sealing mouth. Cut the nozzle according to the designed strip shape. In order to achieve a satisfactory sealing effect, a manual hard tube glue gun, piston type pneumatic glue gun or glue pump equipment is required. If MS will be in contact with polyurethane adhesive or paint, you must wait for the polyurethane to fully cure before caulking or bonding with MS

3. Dressing and finishing must be carried out before the surface is dry, and the applicability/compatibility test of the finishing agent or lubricant must be done in advance.

4. Clean up and reuse

Uncured MS can be removed from tools or equipment with an appropriate solvent. Once cured it can only be removed mechanically. Hands and exposed skin should be washed with suitable industrial hand sanitizer and water immediately after being exposed to glue. The unused sealant can be sealed and stored, and the cured part on the surface should be removed before the next use. However, experimental testing is required before use.

5. Surface (when required)

MS can be painted before and after the surface is dry. Compatibility test should be done before spraying. It should be reminded that the thickness and hardness of the paint layer may weaken the elasticity of the glue and the possibility of cracking of the paint layer.
